主持多项国家级科研项目

  19821毕业于江西大学(现为南昌大学)物理系,获理学学士学位;19886月、19965月先后获南京大学理学硕士学位和理学博士学位。200012月至20093月任美国柯达公司研发部研究员,20093月加盟苏州大学。


研究领域:


  (1)有机光电器件:重点研究高效率长寿命有机固态照明器件和有机发光显示器件、有机太阳能电池、高效钙钛矿太阳能电池等(设有器件工艺实验室;招收物理、材料、电子方向的考生);

 

  (2)有机光电物理:利用半导体测试方法以及界面分析手段研究有机光电器件和材料的载流子注入、传输、复合、界面缺陷、电荷积累、能级匹配等,力求为有机发光器件和太阳能电池性能的改善和材料的设计提供重要依据(设有器件物理实验室;招收物理、材料、电子方向的考生);

 

  (3)有机光电材料:重点针对有机光电器件,设计并合成新型有机发光材料、新型有机光伏材料和新型有机纳米材料,力求不断提高有机光电器件的工作性能(设有化学合成实验室;招收化学、材料方向的考生)。

 

主要成果和技术贡献:


  (1)在美国柯达公司工作的八年里,申请各国专利170多项(其中已授权的美国专利41项);


  (2)发表学术论文190多篇,论文的引用次数为3000多次(H-index = 27);


  (3)发明了具有全有机连接层结构的叠层(TandemOLED;制备了高性能的OLED显示器件和OLED照明器件;回国后,率先在国内制备了发光面积最大的有机白光照明面板以及节能护眼灯。


  近年来,共主持7项国家科研课题,其中包括主持“863”计划重大项目课题1项,国家科技重大专项(02专项)子课题1项,国家重点研发计划项目1项;主持国家自然科学基金重点项目1项、国际(地区)合作与交流项目1项、面上项目2项。
