Research Experience and Accomplishments:

Published over 70 peer-reviewed SCI papers and 3 book chapters with more than1,600 citations (H-index: 23). Delivered more than 15 invited talks andlectures in international conferences and workshops. As a reviewer of numerousSCI journals such as Organic Electronics, Applied Physics Letters, ChemicalPhysical Letters, Materials Science and Engineering B, etc.. Over 10 years offundamental and applied research experience on OLED and organic electronicdevices, thin films, surface and interface studies of organic semiconductors,etc. Rich experience on OLED pilot line operation and clean room processing forthe fabrications of full-color OLED display, white OLED lighting, transparentwhite OLED lighting, flexible OLED and its thin film encapsulation technology.Fundamental research focusing on device physics and interface engineering oforganic semiconductors. As a key co-investigator of over 20 projects related toorganic electronics and nanotechnology. ,
